Mazda treated us horribly. Never got back to us after they said they'd call us after the weekend. Must have not wanted to sell a car too badly!

These people are nothing more than con artists! 2 weeks trying to get credit approved even with a co signer with a 820 credit score, they still said credit was bad. Went to competitor and walked away with a new Ram in less than 2 hours. Very incompetent dealer!
Bought car in October and brought it in because brakes squeaked when backing up in am. Was told due to cold weather, still happening and now i have to have rotors resurfaced and pads. Will cost $600 or more. Driven less than 4,000 miles, their 120 point inspection is worthless that they tell you about when buying.
Made a handshake deal the other night with instructions to fax the purchase agreement to my bank. The next day they dilly dally sending the fax while I'm sitting at my bank waiting for it to come in. Come to find out they were trying to talk my bank into sending me back to the dealership to sign papers. When that didn't work since I was already at the bank, they sent the purchase agreement with a surprise added 350 charge for a "protection plan" that I supposedly agreed to.
