RecommendedI purchased a Jeep Renegade the other day. My salesperson was Seth Fouts. He was extremely professional and well mannered. He made my new car buying experience easy and went out of his way to accommodate all my requests. I have had unpleasant experiences with dealerships in the past and am very happy that Davis-Moore has found the right way to purchase a car. Thank you again Seth and everyone who helped me purchase my new Jeep!
We purchased a Colorado and Sean, Jonathan and George were great to work with during our purchase. I won’t buy from any other dealership and I love Davis-Moore
I was in for service 12/06/17, tires were rotated, SPECIFICALLY ASKED if my tires were ok. Told by service manager that they were because the CERTIFIED TECH did it. Asked again because you have sent me out before with wires showing and didn't say a thing. Once again, sent out with bad tires. Will spend part of my ski trip NOT skiing while we buy 2 new tires. The service has dropped off in the last 2 yrs.
UPDATE: I have been working with Chris, Davis-Moore's service manager, to find a resolution to this matter. Chris has been very courteous and helpful. I believe we have landed on a positive path forward. I have increased this from a one star review to a three star review. My sincerest hope is that early next week, I will be able to post a new, positive review about how Davis-Moore took the opportunity to turn a negative situation into a show of good customer service. *****ORI...Continue Reading
