Got a furnace installed and its doing well. Very pleased with the install.
Bought a furnace, AC and humidifier from them. No complaints, everything is working fine.
They came out a few months ago to install a furnace and ac. All running fine, can't knock them yet!
We have a contract with davis and davis and we always request Tom. We trust him and the company, we even have our neighbor let him in.
We got a new furnace installed in the Spring and when we turned it on in October, it wasn't working properly. Turns out it was some kind of connection problem with the gas in our neighborhood. Davis and Davis came out and fixed it the next day.
Since this vendor was the prefferred vendor for our neighborhood, we called them when the dehumidifer wasn't working properly. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was really nice and came to our place promptly but was unable to fix it because the part needed to be ordered. However, they found the part in the office and he came back that day. I will use them again.
My mom's house had no heat and they came out the next morning. They got the heat working quickly because an ignitor wasn't working and they guy happened to have it on the truck. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is because I looked up the price online and their price was like 4 times that. But they were quick and got her heat going.
Enjoying my new HVAC unit! I'm VERY impressed with Davis and Davis Air Conditioning & Heating. They arrived on time, were super knowledgeable, worked quickly, efficiently, accurately and the head guy even made my cat Dixie purr!:-) Yes, they were a bit more expensive than the other guys, but you really do get what you pay for.
