Jimmy at Davis and Davis just called me to check on a hot water heater installation that we got done a few weeks ago. It was good to hear from them and the call even reminded me to get the wssc inspection done and over with so thanks!

The hermidifier on my unit wasn't working properly and a technician came out the next morning. We're doing fine now. Plenty of heat and the hermidifier is doing great. We're A-Okay!
My wife and I thought it was time to get a new hot water heater so we called Davis and Davis for an estimate. The estimate was good, the heater got replaced quickly, and it passed inspection.
Davis & Davis have been going coming to our house for over 10 years and we've had the pleasure of having Chris for the majority of our checkups. Chris recommended replacing our system this year, stating that it's on its last leg and that leg was about to give away. Kevin came out the following day and quoted me for a new furnace and air conditioner. And all is well in the Johnson house!
We had them install a new heat pump and air conditioner, and while it is a little loud; they called me to check up on everything and are sending someone out. Kevin, Dan, and Mike were very careful moving out the old unit and putting the new one in. They were also very nice.
A technician named Chris came out to see our furnace and said we needed a new motor. The motor and install were kind of expensive, even the guy that ran the parts department said the motor was unusually expensive, but they came back the same day and it is working great.
Me and my family wanted to do a huge overhaul of our old heating and air conditioner systems but we were weary about the prices. When an inspector came out for seasonal check, we told him this, and he said we should call the office and see if would qualify for any rebates. We got a nice Lennox rebate and a pretty hefty rebate from pepco for installing our new systems and it feels great to have modern systems in our house now.
Earlier this year, our humidifier fell off the furnace so we called Davis & Davis, who have been working on our system for years. We also asked for Eric, a technician we've used most frequently. And to our surprise, Eric was the one to actually install the system. He's been our favorite tech and is very efficient.
