We had dnd install an air conditioner a couple years ago and were very impressed. They installed a furnace this year and its doing awesome!
I called them out because our boiler wasn't working. Turns out our boiler needed a new valve but it was a type of boilers that plumbers work on, not hvac. The man was very nice and competent though.
Kevin and George took out our ancient furnace and installed a brand new one last week. These guys were intelligent and answered any questions I had, and I had a lot! Kevin was especially helpful in explaining the oncoming inspection process, and when the county inspector came out, the furnace not only passed but he also spoke highly of Davis and Davis.
Our heat wasn't keeping up with the thermostat so we called davis and davis the next morning, then a mechanic named Craig came out that afternoon. Our hearts sank as we expected an expensive fix but Craig said all the parts look good, cleaned some kind of sensor, and the heat has been working great since. Thanks Craig!!
I'm very pleased with the service. That is why I had Davis and Davis for years.
Had an issue with thermostat not working. Easily scheduled them to come out and look at it. Problem was actually very easy to fix (water drain was plugged up and tripped the overflow switch) but technician did some basic tests and even looked into another problem I was having, completely unrelated to the original problem. The technician fixed that too, and all this in 1 hour. Very pleased with service
It was 13 degrees overnight and out heat stopped working. I called Davis & Davis at 8am, and they said they would get the part needed (we knew from the previous visit what the problem was) and would arrive between 9am-11am. Later that morning our heat was working. Thank you
Smelled a burning smell and called them out. Smell is gone and everything seems to be working good now. Good because it will be cold again soon!
We got a motor installed and everything is great. The 2 techs that have been out here deserve a big raise.
