Davis Heating sent Brett to service our humidifier which has a history of leaking and Brett was able to determine that the water pressure was to high.
My pump wouldn't stop running. Tech came on time. Smart. Diagnosed the problem. Replaced it. Great customer service.
Very personable and answered all by questions
I have had excellent experiences with them and recently got a new unit installed. They arrived on time, worked and when finished, cleaned up so you wouldn't know anyone was working in the basement. A guy spread drop cloths to protect the floor.
Kevin and George are very friendly and very thorough doing their job. They took the trouble to wear booties over his shoes upon entering the home. Great job.
Davis & Davis is the only HVAC that I call. They do an excellent job. They are fairly priced and are neat and clean up behind themselves.
They installed a new a humidifier at my house and while it didn't work a week later, they came out made an adjustment and its all going good. Kevin and Fred were both pretty good, I recommend talking to them at the office.
The service men were very prompt and professional. They were friendly and took the time to understand my needs. 1 of the guys explained all the equipment really well, and I called the office to ask about the warranty. What I really like was that they kept everything clean.
I have had excellent experiences with DnD and recently Chris. He arrived on time, worked well and finished quickly. Great attitude, easy to talk to and just a great guy. He is always welcome to come back!
