Professional and very knowlegabe. Great and courteous service. That's hard to find from a company these days. They couldn't repair the same day because they needed a part but the office called me and set up a new appointment. Working great now.
I agree with the other comments. The office was great and the tech was knowledgeable. I recommend. I gave it 4 instead of 5, because 5 means perfect and no one is perfect!

It's hard to find vendors that are honest and thorough but Davis and Davis is fantastic. They wore booties when coming into the home and did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. We have used their services before in servicing our units and their pricing was considerably lower than competitors. Great company -- thank you!
