David worked very hard over several months to help us find the perfect house. We were very picky and David was always patient with us. The house had a major issue found during the inspection and David worked with the Sellers and our financial People to get it taken care of.
David was a very impressive advocate for me when dealing with the seller of my house who was a businessman who had remodeled the home to sell it. He negotiated the price down, pushed for and gained for me work on the plumbing, siding and other issues I had with the house. I would without question trust David for any future realestate dealings and am happy to recommend him with confidence. He even made recomendations that I followed after puchasing the house regarding care, upkeep and improvements.
Nothing but good things to say about Mr. Waite. He's one of those folks that you would take note that he really likes what he does and really wants to help you find what's right for you. I would recommend him highly.

David was extremely patient and responsive with me. My purchase had a number of challenges and he explained the details and what I needed to know. Even when the first purchase fell through, we started all over again and David ended finding me the perfect home in Portland. Together we looked at a greatdeal of homes.
