From beginning to the closing, David handled everything as my ReEstate representative in a highly professional manner. I don't know why I took 49 years to buy a home with David making it seem so easy. I would refer in a second.

David handled my short sale and I couldn't have done it without him. He is knowledgeable and had assistance that helped with all of the reams of paperwork that needed to be completed. He is a pro and made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again when I'm ready to purchase.

David and makes you feel like buying or selling a house for you is a top priority. I have bought 2 houses and sold one through David. He is always quick to get information for you and easy to setup appointments with. The house he sold for me he was quick to get it on the market and setup an open house. I will use David when I get ready to sell my current house. I would also refer my friends to David if they were looking to buy or sell a house.

My wife and I would highly recommend David as an agent. We were in a market where we got above asking price for our home so negotiation was a minor part of the process. However, when it came to negotiating with the buyer after inspection David did a good job. When it comes to local knowledge of the Portland Metro area and what is happening in the real estate realm I don't think you could find anyone more knowledgable. It is a blissful experience to come home to a place you own. After years of apartments and rented rooms, we have our own refuge at the end of a busy day at work. David is very knowledgeable, however when he is running late it's not a big deal. If you are even a minute late this is a huge thing and he will leave. Much like he did the day that he was supposed to give me the keys to my first home. Because he had scheduled an appointment with someone else 30 minutes later with a 30 minute drive time.
