David helped guide me through the GI loan process as well as finding a house. I appreciated his expertise and his insights into houses that we visited. He helped point out different things about the houses that I might have otherwise overlooked. He made every meeting we set and was quick to respond to any questions. I would suggest David to anyone looking for a realtor.
David helped my buy my first home almost two years ago. I had millions of questions during the process and he had patience and answers for each and every one. David came highly recommended to me by a friend I could instantly see why. To this day David calls to check in on my family and I and to see how things are going with the house. David is wonderful to work with! He helped us find and purchase our first home. We used our VA Loan and he walked us through the whole process. Everything went very smoothly from looking at different homes, to finding the one we wanted and then negotiating for us. I definitely recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
I truly enjoyed all of my interactions with David. He was very accessible during my home search, which is saying something!(I wanted to spend one day viewing properties and then make a decision from those). He helped narrow the listings I looked at to avoid wasting time reading about properties that I would never be interested in seeing. He also suggested tradespeople to aid in my home purchase process, but I never felt pressured by his recommendations. He more than met my expectations on all counts!
We began working with Mr. Waite last year, 2011, late in the fall.
