Simply put, David is one of the best. David took my wife and I to what eventually become the home we purchased and when we arrived the developer was there. David asked him lots of questions about the property and the repairs. We started working with David and were able to move into our new home within 4 months! We had put in offers on two other houses in two other towns and David was always very quick to get the paperwork done within a hour. He was so knowledgeable about all three towns that we were able to get the best deal on our house and knew we were in good hands. My experience with David was horrible! He was very rude and talked down to my husband and I the whole time we were working with him (about a month). He was very inflexible with schedules and made us work around his schedule (M-F 8-5) instead of working with us on times. In the month of working together he only showed us one house even though we asked to see dozens.
