Financed me a car and Couldn’t get a hold of anyone or my sales rep for days after having an issue with the car. Went in and Sat in service department for 4+ hours Before telling me it won’t be looked at today. not really professional or helpful at all.

I didn't have a great experience with the service department, I took the day off so I could get something replaced. Was promised a call to indicate when it was ready to be installed but never received a call. Now I have to wait again to get it installed and have to rush to get there in time when I was promised today it would be ready to get done.
