When I originally called in to make a service appointment, or reservation, I didn't receive the best service and my call was disconnected by the representative on a failed transfer. When I called again, the operator felt that I should speak to the service manager and I was transferred to Brad. I would NOT recommend larry h miller, atleast not this location. I was lied to when buying my car, sold a car that is NOT reliable after very clearly telling sales I needed a reliable car with 3 small kids in the arizona heat, my concerns disregarded, argued with and belittled by sales when I brought my concerns and issues to light, and told I could be helped and have it made up to be sent out an hour later with NO HELP TO SOLVE MY ISSUES.
