Have had great experience with this place. Will do more with them and tell people all the time about them.
Horrible service department. Took my car for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Somehow they managed to make my car have a horrible shake to it afterwards. I called to see what they could do about it & was put on hold for 10 minutes just for the general manager to argue with me on how there is no way it was their fault.
I drove by Friday night looking at jeeps, just to look. I saw the Jeep of my dreams and just had to have it. Went in Saturday morning to see David Vargas and it started from there! David and others worked hard all weekend and I was able to drive my Jeep home yesterday! All of those men were SO helpful to make me happy.. Most honest salesmen I've ever met! If you're going to buy a vehicle, do it at David Taylor in Murray. I'm so thankful for y'all!
Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely be back again for our next vehicle :)
