Up until now, buying a vehicle was worse than having a root canal, but no more! Mike Utley is a no-pressure salesman who worked to find us the perfect Grand Cherokee! Had a good experience buying my Ram 2500, the follow up service recalls were handled great, Justin was great to work with and John Lee explained the financing paper work in detail making sure we understood it all.
There was a problem with the service they provided but it was quickly fixed and they made sure I was happy and made sure I was completely satisfied. Lori the service manager and Brian the general manager were GREAT! They genuinely care about costumer satisfaction
The only place to buy and have service!! Done business here for years, 99% of the time you couldn’t ask for better. But like any business that does a lot of volume, things happen. But when they do, they have always went above and beyond to make it right!!! Awesome place to do business!
Justin went above and beyond to find our Pacifica!! We thought the one we wanted was sold, but he found it and gave us a great deal!! John Lee was great in the financial department as well. We never felt pressured to do something we didn’t want to do!!!
