We bought our 2017 Van in May. The doors keep breaking. Our van has been in the shop more than we have had it. We have made scheduled appointments, shown up and waited over an hour just to be told to come back another day. We have been even told by Brien, the general manager, they will make this right and they still have not. He now, will not return any phone calls. Great and friendly staff. When I was asking about a potential problem with my vehicle they found it, took me in the shop and showed me what it was and told me how I could prevent it in the future. Most car shops would just service your car take your money and send you on your way. But here they treat you like more than just a number.

Was the only authorized dealer open on Saturday’s for many miles around. The maintenance was completed fast and we were issued a loner vehicle for the 1.5 hours needed to complete work. Great job!
