Dr. Vroman was able to win my utmost confidence with his kind , caring attitude and ability to address all my concerns in a very intelligent and respectful way— and also suggested allergy testing which has been a real plus for my whole life - not just eyes - I was treated like an equal adult which i found uplifting!
He continues to use 'reputation repair' to delete negative reviews. He does have a lot to hide.
Dr Vroman is an excellent surgeon. I was quite nervous but everything was fine. If husband needs cataract surgery it will be to DR Vroman. All staff are the best.
Just completed cataract surgery and coulnd not be more pleased. All hummed along like a well oiled machine. Thank you!
Have been a patient for a number of years and this review is concerning office visits. After many visits over the years I give up. Despite having an appointment you cannot get in and out of that office in less than two hours. Feel free to contact other patients and you will hear the same results. If you have plenty of time to hang out - you're in luck. You will wait in the lobby for 30-45 minutes every visit, then a tech will see you to run some tests and then you will wait a good bit more before ever seeing a physician. Whe... read more
Dr. Vroman and his staff, both at Carolina Cataract and Laser Center and The Center for Advanced Surgery; are courteous, professional, and caring. I have personally seen him and observed his interaction with family members. Each time he and the staff met us with the same professionalism and attitude. The wait time is minimal. Thank you Dr. Vroman and staff for always excelling. I highly recommend this doctor and his offices for eye needs. It’s nice to go into an office and be treated as though you are the only patient he has... read more
Dr. Vroman saved not only my eye but my quality of life and this is something I will be forever grateful for. He stays on-top of new research, takes ample time with all of his patients and is incredibly thorough. Dr. Vroman is a one-of-a-kind doctor that I would refer the entire East Coast to!
Major eye surgery due to complications from Fuchs Corneal Dystrophy which ultimately causes almost total blindness. The surgery, a DMEK (Descemet’s Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty), was a total success and my eyesight has been fully restored. I am so grateful to Dr Vromin and his staff, all very kind and professional. Dr. Riddle in Clinton, SC is also an exceptional Eye Doctor who ultimately referred me to Dr Veromin. They both have my full trust and confidence.
Very unsatisfied! Simply trying to get a copy of OUR script from recent check-up. Need to purchase loops (special glasses) required for school. At appt, dr vroman seemed encouraged about my vision improvement since surgery a couple yrs ago. When asked for my script, we were told they don't give out scripts to patients like me & referring us to a regular optometrist! Don't bother spending $400 for an exam that you can get from a regular optometrist! Disgruntled mom if patient, N Boone
