I have been meaning to get around to writing this review for too long. I can't tell you what a great, decent company this really is. When purchasing our home decades ago, a radon system needed to be put in. The previous owners were required to do that and the company they went with put one in that was not large enough or adequate for the home. Your company installed a radon mitigation system in my 70 yr old home, bringing the reported average radon level to 3.3 pCi/L, which is below the action level and well below initial test results in my home.
Dan and Austin did a very professional and thorough job on my radon remediation project. They are very hard working and quality oriented in their job and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them based on their strong work ethic, skills and expertise in their field. Dan is the man for radon remedies! Thank you.
Dan and Austin far exceeded our expectations. Not only did they show up right when they said they would, but they were able to be done with everything within an hour. I am so grateful to Dan, who not only was able to recommend a smaller fan than what was previously installed by another company in town (that failed in less than 2 years and they would not honor the warranty) he also discovered our sump pump had stopped and was able to get a new one installed today for us! I highly recommend Dave Smith and his team!
Dan was very helpful and answered my long list of questions as I sought to understand what was needed for our home radon mitigation system. He gave us optional locations for the system and allowed us to choose the one that we felt was the best fit for our home. The crew was very courteous with us and respectful of our home and protected the floors as they hauled materials in and out. I do recommend David Smith Radon Remedies if you need a radon mitigation system. They do great work!
