Dan was very helpful and answered my long list of questions as I sought to understand what was needed for our home radon mitigation system. He gave us optional locations for the system and allowed us to choose the one that we felt was the best fit for our home. The crew was very courteous with us and respectful of our home and protected the floors as they hauled materials in and out. I do recommend David Smith Radon Remedies if you need a radon mitigation system. They do great work!
Dan and Austin were professional, prompt, and thorough. Explained everything in detail as my knowledge of Radon is minimal. 100% recommend if your Radon needs remedied
Installation went smoothly and quickly. Installation was in the basement next to the garage. It exited into the garage and went into the garage attic. From there the fan was installed in the attic wired from the garage door outlet. Finally it existed through the roof. Very clean installation. Total time from pulling into the driveway and pulling out was 1 hour 45 minutes.
Extremely happy with our radon mitigation system install from start to finish! Joy was curteous, professional, and very helpful in all of our phone conversations. Estimate to install was a streamlined process. Dan is very professional in all interactions. Very impressed with the attention to detail and efficiency of the whole team. Installation completed in just a couple hours along with a thorough explanation of all work completed. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of high quality radon mitigation remedies!
I cannot say enough good things about David Smith Radon Remedies. They were very knowledgeable (answered all my questions), so polite and nice, on time, very professional, cleaned everything after installation etc. Great to work with.
