We worked with Stephania Cambarau and Luciana Velasquez on the rental of a luxury condo in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach. The were very knowledgeable about the market (including units not yet on the market) and in bringing our lease to fruition.
We hired David Siddons to sell our 1940s house in Coconut Grove which stands on a good sized lot with mature trees. We immediately liked David’s enthusiastic approach and at the same time he was very realistic about what is happening in the real estate market.
