I want to thank Dr. Ross and everyone at CCCB for the progress we made in my health! Dr. Ross has been great, he put me at ease with what I was going through, and I thought the care was great.
Dr. Ross and staff were very professional and helpful. Dr. Ross takes the time to explain things to you so you can understand it all.

As far as the medical analysis and treatment, I have give Dr. Ross 5 stars = I think he does a great job. As far as the customer service aspect of his office, that is another story. A few main concerns are, while arriving early for a bone marrow test and signing in, I wasn't told that everything was behind schedule. The waiting room was at maybe 50% upon arrival and soon became 90% or more. Two and a half hours later, I was one of the last patients in the waiting room inspite or arriving early. Very easy to follow explanations of what’s going on.
The staff is exceptional, wait time is good & Dr. Ross is the best. He goes over the reports of your test and answers all the questions I have whether it is an office visit or Telehealth call. If I need further tests about time I get home I get a phone call to set up an appointment. You can't get any better than that. Dr. Ross and his staff is definitely a 10 in my book.

Dr. Ross is friendly with a wry sense of humor. Listens well. Easy to understand his answers to our questions. We have great confidence in his abililities.
