Absolutely love this guy. Feel very comfortable with Dr Ross
Newly diagnosed with elevated platelets in early 2022, I felt discouraged with the treatment I was receiving. Friend recommended me to get a second opinion with Dr Ross. On the first visit I was impressed that he listened to my concerns and ordered extensive lab test. While going over lab test he explained the results in such a way I could understand. He was easy to talk to and I never felt rushed. He cares! Second opinion did pay off for me!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ross since 2013. He has always provided insight to my condition and how to address the situation currently and considerations to make for the future. He is personable and considerate when delivering test report news. I highly recommend him Aas a physician.
Since the beginning of my care Dr Ross has taken time to listen to me and to explain what was going on can’t say thank you enough.
We needed a tele-call due to my husbands condition. From the initial call, Helena's understanding and grace offered me comfort and an immediate response. Abby helped to secure a tranfer of records and Dr Ross spent time to comfort me and give me all the information and recommendations that I needed. I thank God for the entire staff at the Cancer Care Center of Brevard.

I received a bill for $180.00 for office visit. Medicare patient Was told no co pay. Please help

I am very dissatisfied with the wait time to see the doctor. The last time I waited 2 hours and forty-five minutes before I was called in. The time before it was 2 hours.
