The office staff is always there to assist, and answer any question you can through at them.

I was scared and in pain halfway through my treatment. I asked for help and in turn received a certified letter telling me not to see them or talk with them again. Kind of like cease and desist. So I lived in bed for 6 months with nobody to help.

Ok my apt was at 1pm.. sat there for 2 & half hours.. when I got called in, got my BP etc.. the the nurse came & asked me if I had blood work done!!!? Yes I did, the checked it out with Quest & only some of the blood work came back …. I wasted a whole day waiting to see Dr Ross & I had to re sechedule… why was my chart not taken out in the AM to make sure all results were back??? Next time I went back Dr Catherine was there, such a lovely lady & I told her what happened. I took a days leave from my work that day…. Not happy

Dr. Ross answered all my questions and went in depth. I didn’t feel that they were rehearsed. He took care of things I didn’t think of. He was thorough. Big thanks to this man.

Dr. Ross took the necessary time to review my condition with me. His recommendation of seeing Dr. Panarese for radiation opposed to surgery was apparently spot on. I feel my condition is greatly improved. Thank you!

Dr Ross is interested, up to date and caring. I’ve been his stage 4 lung cancer patient for almost ten years now.

Both appointments were an hour wait time after appointment time. No explaination for the delay.Staff did NOT send me to in- network providers for follow up procedures, costing me out out of pocket money. I am disappointed about the lack of information from the staff.
