We had a teleconference with Dr. Ross. The day before his office called and confirmed the conference. The day of the conference, his nurse called and confirmed the time. Dr. Ross called right on time and went over my CT, MRI scans as well as my blood work reports. He always takes the time to answer and explain any questions I may have.

What I love about going to the Cancer Care Center, you may not always see a doctor but you do see a team of professionals that work together to give you the best care possible. They also have a great behind the scenes team who can assist you with financial and insurance issues.

The staff are absolutely wonderful They are upbeat caring individuals The pantry is sometimes very low on supplies like water tea snacks but the patients sometimes help out in a pinch. Sometimes the schedule times fall a little behind but with the amazing staff it seems to work out. My experience to date has made my therapy sessions encouraging & the other patients have been an important part of the encouragement. Thank you all for being an extremely important Caring Center
