I received a bill for $180.00 for office visit. Medicare patient Was told no co pay. Please help

Dr Ross takes a hands-on approach to your care. If needed, he will personally call you to discuss your case. This isn't a one size fits all type of practice. He looks at the individual, case, needs, and above all he listens to his patients.

I am very dissatisfied with the wait time to see the doctor. The last time I waited 2 hours and forty-five minutes before I was called in. The time before it was 2 hours.
I want to thank Dr. Ross and everyone at CCCB for the progress we made in my health! Dr. Ross has been great, he put me at ease with what I was going through, and I thought the care was great.
In 2005 I was diagnosed with colon cancer. And I was referred to Dr.Pichardo she was great help! She helped me through the fears. I’ve been cancer free all thanks go to God ( Irene Marleau ) Bianco ) Thank you so much I will be forever grateful to Doctor Pichardo

As far as the medical analysis and treatment, I have give Dr. Ross 5 stars = I think he does a great job. As far as the customer service aspect of his office, that is another story. A few main concerns are, while arriving early for a bone marrow test and signing in, I wasn't told that everything was behind schedule. The waiting room was at maybe 50% upon arrival and soon became 90% or more. Two and a half hours later, I was one of the last patients in the waiting room inspite or arriving early. Very easy to follow explanations of what’s going on.
The staff is exceptional, wait time is good & Dr. Ross is the best. He goes over the reports of your test and answers all the questions I have whether it is an office visit or Telehealth call. If I need further tests about time I get home I get a phone call to set up an appointment. You can't get any better than that. Dr. Ross and his staff is definitely a 10 in my book.
