Doctor and all staff very professional.. They explain everything and glad to answer all questions. Only problem I found is a long wait. Waiting room so full not enough chairs for all patient's. Need to work on their scheduling and provide more chairs in waiting room.

I had a 1PM appointment and showed up at 12:30PM. I waited till 1:30 and still no one called me. I went to the receptionist and she said it will be soon. At 2PM I was still waiting and said that I was going to leave. Finally they brought me back to a room. The lady insisted I arrived at 1:08 and that I was late. Dr. Ross asked relevant questions pertaining to my current health status. He listened intently and made suggestions regarding any concerns I had. He is patient focused and did not rush the appointment time. Excellent service, personable demeanor.

I've only seen Dr. Ross twice but he seems very knowledgable and kind. His office staff and prescription provider are very efficient and helpful.

This man is INCOMPETENT. My mother was a late stage cancer patient and she ran out of pain pills. I went with her to dr. Ross's office and they told her they could not give her any more pain pills so we had to go to the emergency room to get some. My mother sat in the emergency room for hours waiting for painkillers...sitting in extreme pain because doctor Ross's office would not give them to her. If you care about your health, find another doctor.
