Horrible. Dr Ross mansplained my condition, (was incorrect) incredibly rude and has awful bedside manner. A truly awful person.
Radiation techs were great as well as the office staff. I was disappointed in the once a week time spent with Dr. Chopra. He really didn't tell me much in the 2 minutes he was in the room other than to say everything looked like it was going well.

Each time I go to an appointment either I am usually taken on time and if not it is only a matter of a few minutes. Dr. Ross goes over all my reports with me and ALWAYS ask me if I have any further questions or concerns. It can't get any better than that.

Dr Ross always took time to explain test results in a way that I could understand. He always answered my questions in detail until he made sure that I totally understood.

Dr. Ross has been treating me for 1five years and, even though I am a seasonal patient, he always has time to listen and make me feel like I am important. He is very knowledgeable and very up to date on what is being done by other providers.
