Very happy with Dr. Ross and his staff! Front desk personnel are extremely helpful and the chemotherapy staff of nurses were excellent!

visit per phone. Got results from my cat-scan
I had both and in office and a video appointment. Both we ok. I was required to have a MRI, which I did on 11/4/2020, it is now 12/14 /2020 and, even after 2 requests, I still do not have the results of that test. No one ever answers the telephone
Dr Ross listens to you, makes you feel comfortable. Very nice Dr.
Can not recommend this doctor. He ordered a brain mri which And after 2 and 1/2 weeks with no results and no call back from messages I had left I finally spoke to a staff member who informed me that no test results are given over the phone only in person and that my next appointment is in 6 months. Totally unacceptable.

This Dr is best oncologists I've have ever been treated for my lung cancer. He's sincere, listens to my fears, discusses everything I need to know, in detail and always gives me the health care I need!
