Dr. Sarles takes time to explain what's going on and is patient and committed to finding solutions
PCP referred us to him for pain my mom was having in her lower left abdomen. He focused on her swallowing which he had seen her for before and she did need answers to but made light of her abdominal pain even though I told him that was the reason we were there. My mom continues to lose weight (currently 93 lbs) and we can't get doctors to listen. I don't know if this is a Christus problem meaning they require the doctors to book patients for 15 minute time slots or if doctors just don't care anymore. Regardless, we won't be ... read more
I greatly appreciate Dr. Blank! I am not only grateful for her expertise and care as a GI specialist, but I also know for a fact that she truly took the time to thoroughly review my chart. Unfortunately, my husband had died by suicide over 7 years ago and I had put that information in the chart. I had actually forgotten that I had entered this information a few months beforehand. Dr Sarles had usual knowledge and caring. Dr Sarles and Texas Health Hospital in Rockwall were so good I was even taken early for my procedure and everyone was so helpful and kind.
I am a patient of Dr. Padda since 2022. He is a excellent doctor & I can recommend him to everyone.
On time. Answered all my questions and I had many. Spent time, was not rushed. Explained things to my satisfaction. Very good Doctor!!
