Dr Bass is the best doctor who has treated me in the past 50 years. Excellent bedside manner, takes his time to explain procedures and everything else. Always answers my questions and sincerely cares about his patients. He especially calms me down when I’m scared in the hospital or his office. Very, very professional. Now it’s up to me to take care of myself.
Jennifer Kao has been such a pleasure to work with. She has accommodated my every request and when I made changes to what I needed she was very gracious. I really appreciate her and especially when you are sick.
I have been seeing Dr. Bass since I was diagnosed with a chronic digestive issue in 2005. He has been a doctor I have grown to trust, which is why I am reluctant to switch doctors. I have a routine, annual check-up once a year in order to get my prescription refilled. However, over the past several years, the service out of his medical office (including medical assistants) has been incredibly poor. I’ve seen Dr Bass for several years now. He is such a great gastrologist and his bedside manner is superb. I’m so thankful for his expertise knowledge!
Dr. Bass is the best doctor I’ve ever had . I went to see him for the first time about one year ago. I was having acid reflux problems. I had some test done, he put me on medication and I’ve been fine. I love the way he listens, and the way he explains things. Best doctor ever ! And so kind.
when a doctors office wants your insurance information before anything else run away as fast as you can. I have seen Doctor Bass before, but this latest incident is not in my best interest. Any doctor that wants your insurance information before taking care of a patient is not worth seeing.
While in the hospital, Dr. Bass visited everyday, sometimes twice and was very reassuring!
I would recommend Dr. Bass to anyone. He cares about his patients and is very compassionate. He is very thorough in his diagnosis of illnesses.
Dr. Bass is by far the best doctor I've ever been to. He has the best bed-side manner of any doctor and he's extremely caring and comforting. He is very knowledgeable and I completely trust his judgment. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
