Dr. Kaplan goes above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. He does not just give you a prescription and send you out the door. He listens and usually has multiple ideas and then together a plan is formed. He has a great personality. If you have a complicated case he is up for the challenge in fact he embraces it.
Upon calling the office for an appointment, I knew I had chosen the right practice. The voice on the other end was reassuring, pleasant, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about what to expect with the visit and possible costs. Dr. Kaplan is an extraordinary physician. I have been a patient for many years. He consistently shows confidence mixed with compassion. He has been able to diagnose what others had missed. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
It was just a routine skin check and removal of one lesion on my back. Every thing was timely, courteous and professional. I was in and out in less than one hour.

First time seeing Dr Kaplan. His demeanor was very pleasant and welcoming. He came up with a treatment plan. The first one was not a success, but Dr Kaplan and his office has called and responded in more than a timely manner. We are working on a long term care plan that seems like it may be a success. I appreciate the one on one care Dr. Kaplan and his staff has given.

I have seen Dr. Kaplan for several years. He also treats my two teenaged sons for acne and eczema. His manner is so good that visits to the dermatologist are actually fun. His diagnostic skills are also great. He doesn't take our insurance, but works with us on finding prescriptions for good prices.
