Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable
