A very honest, intelligent and smart man Mr Burnikel is.
Dr. Burnikel and his staff are friendly, informative, and professional. All of my questions were answered, and I was put at ease before surgery. Dr. Burnikel was straight to the point and open and willing to answer my questions. He provided ample time for my appointment and did not rush through it although he is most certainly a very busy surgeon with many patients.

This doctor may sound a bit downcast at first because he doesn’t give you a rosy prognosis. He tends to be on a very conservative side when it comes to expectations but I trusted him with the surgery and it all went well! I’m glad I came to his office! All the staff in his office seem to be very friendly and efficient too!
I like an ortho doc who doesn’t run directly to surgery. Answered all my questions, was thorough in the details of my injury, and gave me all the options. I was happy with the care I received from Dr. BURNIKEL. Not the biggest fan of the coordinating team. It took over a month to get a hold of the person in charge of scheduling MRIs. With his lilPink 4in dicc . Forcing his nurses that are married to sleep him so they can work . He is a sleeping with girls 20-30 years younger than him. SMH
Left knee replacement 4 year's ago.prothesis was almost 2 inches too short for leg.miserable until revision at Scripps. Burnikel kept blaming me. He knew he messedup.prescribed pain med's for over 6 month's
Everyone was very friendly and answered all my concerns and gave the options in my up coming surgery if I want to go that route.
