Dr. Horner is a new doctor to me , I will leave a better review after I get to know him and his staff a little bit better 2 visits are just not enough I know he is a gracious Dr and he's very kind Being separated from my husband and moving here from Idaho has left me very emotionally drained, agitated, emotionally upset all the time ,moving back in with my family has put me on edge ,and he graciously understood that in my second office visit because I have a lot of hostility in me right now.
I have had a hard time finding a Doctor. I check reviews and hope they're accurate. I had a bad experience with Rancho Family Medical and changed to Dr. Hizon and Dr. Horner. My first visit to Dr. Horner's office was about 2-1/2 hours. I made an appointment for my mom and myself and by request, Dr. Horner took us at the same time. He is amazing! He answers every question and asks questions. He explains medications he recommends and why. And he LISTENS! I'm so happy we found him!! I highly recomm
