Very knowledgeable and thorough. Good "bedside" manner.
We've taken our child to Dr. Horner a couple times now, and I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt... Nope. I'll be finding a prediatrician down the mountain. Dr. Horner is a nice man, but knows nothing about children and does absolutely nothing for well checks, milestone or cognitive developmental assessments. He has never even looked at my son's body, felt anything for abnormalities, or anything. Would definitely recommend Dr. Horner to anyone needing a family practice physician. He has a warm personality and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. His office staff is courteous and friendly. I have full confidence that I am receiving quality care.
I had to switch my health insurance and was no longer able to see the doctor that I had been going to for 16+ years. I did some research before making my 1st appointment with Dr. Horner. I have been in to see Dr. Horner 4 or 5 times now and I just love him! He takes the time to listen, he explains everything and he makes sure that I understand. I have been so happy with Dr. Horner that I have been recommending him to my friends. My friends who have switch to Dr. Horner are really happy too!
