I see him every 6 mos. to check up. I had cancer and it spread to my lymph nodes.. I was treated surgery etc in Hurst, Texas but since I lived in Granbury I hated the 3 hour trip to my Oncologist! Dr Patel in Hurst.. he asked me why I wanted to drive all that way when I had one of the best Oncologist in my backyard! I said I do? He is an incredible Doc... He is treating my husband - Brian Nodwell - and he is professional, and each visit, he gives us up-to-date info on Brian's cancer. I could not have gotten a better Doctor and his staff are very kind and helpful. The folks in the room where Brian gets his chemo are exceptional and they are making our experience easy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Dr. D’Spain is thoughtful and deliberate when delivering information needed to make a, sometimes scary, decision about the patients care. He is intensely aware of how the patient is receiving the details of the treatment, the diagnosis and the overall care that is needed to proceed with the best possible option for the patient. A very good doctor as well as his staff. They are all amazing!! Dr. D'Spain always asks how my treatments are going, how I am feeling/doing, have I had issues or concerns with my visits, which I never had but most of all...he listens.

I have been seeing Dr. D'Spain for 2 years for breast cancer. He has been professional and careful to ensure that the cancer is treated completely. His goal for me is being cured, not just remission. That has given me a lot of hope and the strength to go through the treatments process.
Dr. D'Spain is a very qualified physician, he is very knowledgeable about cancer treatment and your general well being. He is right to the point, no beating around the bush, I like that, I want to know where I stand with my illness. Very satisfied with my quality of care for the last 8 years.
