Honest.pulls no punches . I do exactly as he says. He has kept me alive for several years and I would not change doctors.
He talks bad about other doctors, he lied about a test result. I ask the meaning of something in my test and was told I didn’t need to know. My wife is my sole caregiver and as such, she was told her concerns do not matter.

Efficient, friendly staff. Dr DeSpain was patient and listened to what I had to say.
Straight forward thinking on how to tackle my Cancer, Gives you options, while educating you on what is ahead. Very polite and compassionate.
Respectful, responsive to questions and very informative.
The visits with Dr. D'Spain have been clear and concise. He's up front and a straight shooter. You feel like he cares about your thoughts and feelings.
This doctor has NO bedside manner. Very arrogant man. Needs to learn to explain the process in common language not doctor terms that an average person does not understand. Compassion goes a long way in the medical field.
