All of the staff is very thorough. I listen to me. They explain things well and take very good care of me.

I am being treated for skin cancer and a melanoma on my upper forehead..I like the fact that Dr. D'Spain is frank and too the point when discussing my case and options..I have started immunotherapy. I would highly recommend Dr. D'Spain!

Caring doctor
Each time i see Dr D’Spain i feel better. He genuinely cares about his patients and provides information in a understandable way.
Dr. D'Spain and the staff at Texas Oncology and are all very knowledgeable and communicative.
Dr. D'Spain seems to be very knowledgeable but lacks in friendliness and providing information and diagnosis. You can tell he is thinking about you but doesn't convey any info. Also, It's impossible to call the office that you visit for info. And leaving your name and number doesn't mean your going to get a call back. The staff at the office I was at in Granbury were very friendly, helpful and willing to assist in anyway they could. Overall, I am thankful you are here in Granbury, TX and are providing your services.
