If I could give this organization no stars I would. My husband visited them in January for a shot in his hand. We paid the bill ($195) in March thru our online banking application. However, they never cashed the check, so 90 days later the bank redeposited the $195 since the check never cleared. At that same time we had a bill from a collection agency that said we now owed $260 ($65 in late fees). From my father who received back surgery and is very thankful: I was more than 2 months with some pains in the lower back, right leg from the hip to the tip of the foot, crying, without eating, or sleeping. I am very thankful to Dr. Douglas McDonald for the excellent treatment. He is absolute the best orthopedic Doctor! The staff is amazing as well. Melissa & Dr. Robison Were Amazing on Getting Me Set For Surgery, Dr. Robison Went Over Everything That I Will be Having Done.
