I’m only recommending the office because Dr. Britt was really nice and cares for his patients. However, the office staff was not so helpful. We saw the doctor at 10:00 am and the prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy until the next day at 9:50 am. Almost exactly 24 hours and after 4 phone calls to the office asking why it had not been done. By returning calls from their patients. Then, when you call over and over, they hang up on you!
Office staff does not care for patients. Waiting to make a follow up appointment for almost a month for an 87 year old patient called numerous times for them to request an auth from primary care they never did. Patient still in pain. Wish I had taken him somewhere else.
100% satisfaction, Excellency from Dr. Johnston in all three of the surgeries. One child, Lf collar bone, Rt ACL; 2nd child, Lf ACL, Lf wrist fracture, given me the right to recommend them.
