RecommendedStaff was awesome, but wait was long and chairs not comfortable.
I had my first appointment in mid June. They were to get authorization for gel injections in my knees. I’ve called back twice - no call back - nothing. Piss poor response time. Now looking for an orthopedist that actually does what they say they will. If our insurance takes 3 weeks for a prior authorization approval, then at least let us know you‘re still working on it. Phone calls should be returned - certainly within 3 weeks.
Great experience with dr homan and his staff
I just had double Hip replacement first one in 7/1/19 and my second one 12/30/19 and am 43 years old! My surgeon 👨⚕️ was Dr Matthew Johnston and they change my life for ever! For 5 years I was bone to bone. After my surgery I fill like am in my 30s again and just finished a 30 mile bike 🚲 ride. I will recommend anyone to this place. They did an amazing job and gave me my life back! Shout to Christa Hayes and Dr Johnston thanks 🙏 you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ sincerely J.Cruz
Dr Amundaray did a excellent job on my hip replacement. Follow up 2 weeks I had more questions and he was more then happy to answer. I have to also say his nurse Jasmine was awesome too. You have a issue she would have the answer. Great office team working together.
Awesome doctors!! Dr. Johnson is the best. His staff is awesome. Krystal is awesome too. Ty. I’m 38 with a hip replacement and my PT says he did a great job. I couldn’t agree more. Thank you doc. Soon he’s going to do my second hip and I can’t wait
They want you to wait for 3 months with multiple broken bones before they will see you.
Dr. McDonald presented me with a couple options in eliminating the swelling in my knee. The results eliminated the swelling and the pain. Now we are working on maintaining the flexibility of the knee joint.
I have been very satisfied with the treatment of my knee and shoulder by P.A. Christa Hays. She is very skilled and caring, and takes the time to thoroughly explain my situations. I like the Font Desk staff as well ... and Buddy in the Imaging Room.
