Great doctor and great empathy. He explains his diagnoses without talking down to patients
My husband and I researched various surgeons, and chose Dr Cheong after reading about the benefits of his lateral approach knee replacement. I felt comfortable with him shortly into my first appointment. He demonstrates a rare combination of compassion and expertise that was very reassuring. He explained everything with clarity, and my appointments have never felt rushed. His P.A., Shane, and everyone in the office have also been competent and friendly. Dr. Cheong was personable and very patient with my questions. He gave me multiple options as to my treatment. He has treated my husband and my best friend, both were extremely happy. I happily recommend him.
Very good doctor very caring to his patients. He takes time to listen and is very knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend him.
Dr Cheong used robotic Surgical equipment to do my Hip Replacement surgery. The incision was fairly small. 5 inches? The result has been fantastic. Recovery was fast. Like I have my original hip joint. NO pain whatsoever. And I can run or jog without any issues. I am a year out from my surgery and still totally satisfied. Dr Cheong is very kind and is a remarkable surgeon. Highly recommend.
Very personable, thorough and professional. Friendly staff and clean facility.
Had bad pain in both knees could only get a referral for one from X-rays. Got a fast appointment 2 weeks out. MRI on the other knee was a month. He saw me talked to me asked questions reviews my X-rays and explained the causes and treatments. A shot and a prescription and both are felling better this week gonna see him again for the other knee after the MRI to see what he can do!
Waited for over an hour. No info from the staff. Walked out.
Doc was great, super chill, not rushed, personable. Took time to explain to me and to answer all of my questions and was clear he wasn't rushed. Some Docs carry an attitude like they're superior he's very personabale and helpful.
