Dr Cheong explained my situation well. He is a very caring doctor and I am glad I met him
Dr Cheong was very personable, explained my situation thourghly, talked about the options I had. He recommended therapy for a start and I agreed. First impression was a 5 star.
Dr Cheong asked questions, listened provided excellent information and feedback.He provided the best physician experience that I have witnessed in years!
Dr. choung was apologetic but it took over two hours before the appointment finally started.One tarted he was gracious and explained my options clearly.
Dr. Cheong was very thorough in his assessment making sure I understood everything. He gave several options for my consideration.
After waiting 45 to be s called, had a low toned person ask questions. Sent me to get XRay, then waited another 45 minutes for Doctor. Got tired of waiting attempted to leave then Doctor finally showed up. I was the absolute last patient in office after 2 hours. Will never go back. Poor service
He listened and offered support and patient centered approaches. I am a nurse and applaud his compassion and commitment to quality outcomes
All the staff that I encountered were very helpful
