Visit right before surgery was great. He calmed my anxiety and made me feel confident and upbeat about outcome and future. Excellent doctor and surgeon.
Dr Cheong is a good communicator and very knowledgeable. He offers options and explains each procedure .
It was prompt. All staff took time and listened to my concerns. Dr Cheong and Shane took the time to explain procedures. Great patient educator and very caring team.
I explained my knee pain and my accident. I asked him if he looked at the mri I had. He told me to forget the mri. He wanted to take his own x rays. He showed me where all the cushioned has deteriorated and that surgery would not help. I waited for his suggestion,and he offered none. While limping down the hallway I asked him about the series of shots available. He told me that might help,so I asked him to set them up for me. The shots cost me 256.00 that my insurance did not cover.pa did the injection, never seen doctor.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Cheong and his PA Shane explained everything very clearly.
Everything was very professional and on time.
Dr. Cheong is very calm and reassuring. I was given a chance to ask questions, and then a treatment plan was discussed.
Dr. Cheong and his entire staff are AMAZING!PA SHANE & Medical Assistant MEAGHAN were AWESOME and extremely helpful.
I always got in when needed, he explained surgery and what I will expect before, during and after.
