The orthopedic department needs to come up with a better system.. just saying
Today checked into day surgery at Hahneman campus and I was very impressed! The staff from check in until check out was awesome. Thank you so much for such great care. Such caring professionals.

I can't describe in any words to really truly give this place the review it deserves but I'll do my best. Absolutely by far the best care besides their big brother hospital UMass I've ever received in my life! From the front desk to the sergon himself, just so informative, warm and kind. Extremely busy place but you'd never know with the level of personal care they consistently provide. I even received home check up calls that answered any remaining questions I had. Thank you so much Day Surgery Team!!
Umass is a very good hospital. They saved my life years ago and to this day still continue too

I have been receiving care from the Eye Clinic, and I find the Hanneman campus to be an excellent center. Access is easy, parking is adequate, the facility is modern and efficient, and the staff is first rate.
Great staff! It's worth the 2 hour drive, because they know what they are doing
