I have been waiting for almost 2 hrs The driver just showed up.
On time picking me up ( rude driver) & now, even with a reservation, I am still waiting. For another $5 I could have gotten an über.
As I was driving yesterday, one of there drivers turned in front of me while I had the green light on Harbison Ave. He could have caused a MAJOR accident if not for having slammed on my brakes and Daves Best would've had a nice lawsuit.
I have used Dave's Limousine many times. Traveling can be stressful and they have never let me down. I will continue to use Daves whenever I travel!
Great ride and driver to JFK from the PHL airport, but the return trip (from JFK to PHL) was terrible. 3 hr. wait before van arrived, then 6 hr. ride home. Not only did we hit traffic, but the dispatcher overbooked the van with 10+ passengers = too many drop offs. Bad customer experience.
The ride to the airport went like clockwork but coming back....not so good. The drivers were courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable of the area. My flight arrived at 12:30 AM and they left me sitting waiting in the middle of the night, nobody around for over an hour. I called after 1/2 hr and they claimed he was tied up in traffic but the driver said he was up in Newtown and came right down.
