The manager's should do their job and manage an unhappy customer. I was more than plesant and asked for credit not money back since I have used them in the past and planned on doing so in the future. After this, I am reporting and never using them again!
Had a stupid driver who wouldn't listen to customer's directions & drive around over 1 hour lost til he realized he was looking for " street" instead of "Road"
Dave's Best Limousine Service left us stranded at the airport with no driver to take us home. Our flight was due to land at 11:53pm. There was a message left on our cell phone sometime while we were in flight. They want a 24-hour cancellation. One would think they would be as considerate. RecommendedI called Dave's service to pick me up in Philly and drop me at JFK Airport. The driver was very polite and helpfull and I became extremely satisfied! So I sure recommend them!
We have been waiting over an hour to get picked up from Philadelphia international airport. They told me 45 minutes to an hour and now it’s been almost an hour and a half. I called the people on the phone are so rude. Never again. The drivers are very nice but the rest of the company is awful. I will never use them again.
We used Dave's Best Limo Service for the first time this December going to and then from Philadelphia Airport. Driver arrived early to pick us up going to the airport and we were the only ones in the van. Driver was very curteous and pleasant. Coming home I was told t call from the courtesy phone where you pick up your luggage. I followed directions and the woman on the phone said that the driver will be there in half an hour. Use literally any other form of transportation!! Steer clear of Dave’s Best. They are anything but the best. We were waiting in the airport for 45 mins and then when the guy finally picked us up, he kept making up excuses as to why he was late. We gave this company our flight info, so there’s no excuse as to why we had to wait. Like I said, avoid this company. It’s the worst.
The man I spoke to from dispatch was extremely rude and condescending. It was as if my flight delay was an in convenience to him. He told me a shuttle would be here in 45 minutes but i didn’t get picked until 2 hours later. I was in the van and dispatch told the man to just take me home, but instead he complained about other drivers taking his pickups and circled the terminals anyway. So disappointed in this company.
Very poor. Arrived at the airport at 3pm called 6 times about ride from jfk to Philly they kept pushing the time back further and further. Finally left at 7:45 pm people brought so much luggage my friends and I had luggage on our laps for the whole ride didn’t get home to philly until 11:30. 8 hrs for a 2.5ish hour commute.
