Called at 1:43 and after several more calls, finally picked us up at 3:18. I hired them thinking it would be hard to get an Uber or taxi Christmas afternoon, I was wrong.
My trip to Philly,at 2:30 in the morning was great! A week later o returned from Minneapolis to philly and was told driver would be there in approx. 30 mins! It was more like 45-50 mins! The driver was limping and did not help with bags! I was never more scared in a vehicle then that evening!! He was weaving in and out of lanes,driving 55-60!MPH in the middle lane with people passing us on both sides!!! Used Daves best van from bensalem to phl on nov 11 2017. Driver was a little early (3:20 AM instead of 3:30 or so ) one other couple on van. Eady ride to airport. Driver was excellent. No problems at all.
They never called and told me to find my own way! Assholes! Never use this service!!!!
They called elderly scum bags directly in front of them. I emailed the office about them calling the customers scum bags and all they did was justify why they called them that. There is absolutely NO REASON why a business calls their customers scum bags. pay the higher price to choose a different company.
I reserved my ride home from Philadelphia National Airport at least 3 weeks before my arrival. The driver came 1 1/2 hrs. late. The driver apologized and was very nice and courteous. It was not his fault. When I reserved my ride I was told it would be up to 45 minutes. One and a half hours is completely unacceptable. I called about 6 times to tell the manager to call me back, no one ever did. I was told I will not get my money back because I did get the ride.
