Kyle is an amazing worker and I am so thankful for the work he has done over the years with my father and I on our Cruze's whenever they needed to be serviced! My family and I are very loyal customers to this dealership.
I purchased a used car and was offered the choice of buying the tire warranty. Which I did based on the car and tire type. What I wasn't told (I know buyer beware) was that tire manufactures will only warranty a tire for a certain time period. I was sold the warranty and the tires ( I recently found out) were past that date at the time of the warranty purchase. Yes I pulled up to express oil change...yes it took an hour to leave with my car. Yes that hour was an inconvenience. If I had waited for an hour on just my car alone, there would definitely be service problems. I also realize the world doesn't revolve around me and that there were 6-8 cars already in front of me for same thing. Thank you for doing your best to get all cars serviced within an hour considering how busy you were! I enjoyed my free internet, big screen tv, and free coffee while I waited!
I want to thank Dave White Chevrolet for helping out my sister with her tires. I heard what you did for her and I was in tears. It's not very common to hear that level of generosity by a business to someone. Thank you!
Maybe express should be defined, an hour and a half for an oil change is hardly express...I went there out of convenience hoping my second experience would be different than my first. Deffinitly worth it to make the drive to another place if you dont want to wait.
