Very irritated at trying to resolve issues with the Dave White Chevrolet dealership. I have sent several emails detailing my concerns ( no key and waiting on plate) emailed requesting specific dates the key was mailed and update verification of plate registration. "Was mailed" was the email from Tracy and Jake. The plate issue was supposed to be followed up by the salesperson because the "main" office was closed. I took my suburban in about a few months ago for a new engine. I was asked to bring it back in for the first oil change, which I did. I explained to my service advisor that I was about 10 lbs light in a tire and to please check it, because I would be driving to Florida. I got it back and he said it was "good to go to Florida".. however, when I noticed my tire pressure was still low.
