For the 3rd and final time, took one of my cars to their body shop. Almost 3 grand of repairs: barely working heater after radiator damage, leaking coolant after we got the car home, and there was shop parts left in the back of the vehicle. Disappointed at the service and now the quality of the repair work.
I know they are experts in their fields but need to listen just a bit more to customer. Brought Impala in for service around 9:30 am. Told service rep that back wheel bearing was bad and possible front too. Said we'll have our mechanic check it out and give you update. Everything was going ok, checked, told us about an hour and it would be done. So we waited and just over an hour rep came to talk to us. Thank you to the gentlemen in the service/oil change departments for getting my car in at the last minute, and for getting my heat working again-- 22° weather isn't as bad when the heat finally works in your car.
